Amy Winehouse (14 September 1983 – 23 July 2011)
The Queen of Soul music Amy Winehouse was found dead in her Camden, London home yesterday. The police described her death 'as yet unexplained' and it could be wrong to speculate the cause of her death without autopsy report; although she had a history of drug and alcohol problems.
Amy became the first British singer-songwriter to win five Grammy awards at the age of 24 (in 2008) with her most successful album Back To Black. She married Blake Fielder-Civil in 2007 and they got divorced in 2009. In 2011, Fielder-Civil was jailed 'over burglary'. Her father Mitch Winehouse is a cab driver cum jazz singer and her mother (Janis Winehouse) is a pharmacist.
According to media reports, Mitch was on his way to perform in the US when he heard of his daughter’s death but would have to return to England. Amy’s last performance was on stage with her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield. Amy Winehouse is expected to be ‘buried today under Jewish tradition’. It is unclear if the autopsy could delay the funeral.

The Norwegian police security service failed to notice the internet blog of arrested mass murder suspect Anders Behring Breivik. He 'released' the manifesto and video of the attack on the internet; on the day of the attack last Friday. Since 2009, he allegedly gave information on the web; which could have stopped him from carrying out the attacks that killed 85 people on Utoeya Island and 92 people in Oslo.
According to The Christian Post, Breivik, 32, is a failed entrepreneur that tried to run different businesses. He later became a farmer in 2009. Media sources alleged that Brevik may have used fertilizer to make the bomb that was used in the Oslo bombing. He disguised as a police officer and went on a shooting spree on Utoeya Island.

British PM David Cameron and Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan
The British Prime Minister David Cameron was in Lagos (the former capital of Nigeria) last Tuesday, during his two day visit to Africa; after his visit to South Africa. He cut short his visit to Nigeria 'by around seven hours' in order 'to give himself time to prepare to face MPs on Wednesday' in the House of Commons, on the phone-hacking scandal.
